2-week-old Relay order still hasn't arrived

I was referred to this forum by the Community Manager “southpaw” over at https://forums.republicwireless.com/t/has-your-order-been-delayed-fulfillment-center-processing-issues-for-november-2018/24295/82. I ordered some Relays back on 11/26/2018 and I have been charged but my order hasn’t been received yet. Help?
