We have tried all day to use our Relays and the app and we either get that the Relays aren’t connected to the server or wegetthe dong dong that the message didn’t send. It was very frustrating that we could not use our service at all today, especially since my son forgot his lunch today and was trying to get a hold of me. I am wondering if this is a greater Relay outage or if it was just us. However issues like today erode our faith in Relay being a realistic option for our family.
