We have our daughter set up on the relay and both of us have the app installed. I assumed the two parents would also be able to hear each other through the app, when the other messaged through the app. However, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Both apps communicate to the relay clearly, but the app users can’t hear each other’s messages. Are we missing something?
As long as you are on the same channel this should not be an issue. I have never had an issue hearing another app user. As a test for your issue I put the Relay devices on another channel and put both my wife any my app on another chat channel and had no issue hearing eachother.
When you have issues hearing each other does it matter what channel you are in, such as the main Relay channel or a chat channel?
