Do I not have cell service in my area?

When I go into the settings of our Relay (just set up tonight) I see we are connected to wifi, but it says Cell Network - No Signal

We have very strong cell signal where I live on our phones, though we are pretty rural. How do I know if this is going to work for us? Will the app say we have cell network signal even if we are connected to wifi?

You should likely open a ticket with the support team that can look in to coverage in your area to determine if you would be better served with a different SIM card in your area.

It sounds like you had registered but you haven’t signed up the cellular. You should go to the website to see if there’s a place to add payment.
