Error Code REL-0412 when trying to activate new devices


Following instructions to activate two new Relay devices. Entered activation code (several attempts) and getting "Cannot activate this Relay - Please contact support to activate the Relay. Error code: REL-1402

Found this re code is “Cause: Our system is still seeing the Relay as being a part of our inventory.”

Does anyone know what this is about? Can it be solved before Monday?

Customer service is closed on weekends. We’re trying to get this set up as a gift for our daughter’s birthday.
