We want to make sure that when you need help with your Relays, you know how to get in touch with us. Excluding this Community and its helpful members, we have four other ways for you to get assistance:
Search our collection of articles for an answer to a question or solution to an issue you’re having. In addition to several Q&A articles, we’ve also created How-to’s to guide you through troubleshooting and basic processes for Relay. If you’re receiving an error message, be sure to take a look at our solution articles as well.
If you can’t find a solution to your issue in the Help Center, log into your account, open a ticket and work with our Help team members. You’ll be able to access your ticket from your account portal and any response from our Help team will be sent to your account email’s inbox.
