Terms and Conditions in App Setup

Hello. Has anyone else experienced when setting up the relay devices in Step 3 they seem not to be able to find a way to accept the terms and conditions so it will not activate their device? I need to find away to get past this and accept it. Any helpful advise is much appreciated.
